Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they make up your agreement with us (“us” meaningWild Wellness Projects Ltd, trading as Wyld Sauna).In the event that you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you have secured their agreement to be bound by these terms.

We do everything we can to keep you safe (and, of course, we have to do what the law, Health and Safety Executive and local authorities say). That could mean closing our premises at short notice. We’ll always try to tell you as soon as we know. It’s important that you always follow our advice for staying safe while you’re with us.

We also ask that everyone at our premises, particularly around the water, does exactly what our team asks in order to maintain safety. Only competent swimmers may enter the water.

By agreeing to these terms, you warrant, declare, and acknowledge that our staff, agents and subcontractors are not medically trained. Should you have any concerns with your health and fitness you should seek independent medical advice before attending Wyld Sauna or using its facilities. You warrant that to the best of your knowledge and belief you are in good health and not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise, whether by use of the sauna or entering into water (including the pontoon), and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, well being or physical condition. Further, that you will advise us immediately should your health or vulnerability to injury change. If you have a pre-existing medical condition which would benefit from attending Wyld Sauna, you warrant that your GP has signed this off and recorded this on your medical records.

Even where you do not suffer from health conditions, you must be aware of the following risks associated with any sauna and water facilities:
- Wet surfaces will have rereduced grip,and you should walk with particular care whilst at our premises. Given the nature of the facilities, it is not feasible to keep surfaces dry at all times

- Sudden exposure to cold water may cause uncontrollable breathing, a ‘gasp’ response, or panic. For this reason, you should avoid jumping into cold water at or around the premises, including Princes Dock.

- Direct contact with sauna rocks or heaters will cause serious burns, and care must be taken to avoid these whilst in the sauna.
  ‍
- There may be strong currents or underwater obstacles within Princes Dock, so you should avoid entering the water unless there is a lifeguard present. In any case you should never jump into the water, and should only enter carefully by using the steps available.

- If at any time whilst using the sauna or our facilities, you feel any discomfort or pain, you must immediately cease using the facilities and inform a member of our team so that they may assist.

Please remember to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated during your visit, and please also ensure you take regular breaks from the sauna to cool down and rest.

The use of personal products inside the sauna itself, including but not limited to oils,, lotions, perfumes, and other topical substances, is strictly prohibited. These products can damage the sauna environment, compromise air quality, and pose safety risks when heated. Failure to comply with this policy may result in termination of the session without refund, as well as potential liability for any cleaning or repair costs incurred.

Jewellery is not permitted inside the sauna due to risk of burns.

Proper swimwear must be worn at all times. Nudity is strictly prohibited.
